CareValue Health – Diaspora Care Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Diaspora Care services. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Non-Clinical Membership

Diaspora Care is a non-medical, non-diagnostic, and non-treatment membership program. It provides coordination, administrative support, and wellness education.

2. No Medical Advice or Telemedicine

Diaspora Care does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, telemedicine, or treatment. Users must consult licensed medical professionals for clinical decisions.

3. Independent Clinicians

Medical consultations, treatment, and prescriptions are performed exclusively by independent licensed clinicians, who bill separately. These services are not included in Diaspora Care.

4. No Medication Coverage

Diaspora Care does not include, subsidize, discount, reimburse, or offset medication costs. All medications are provided independently through licensed pharmacies.

5. Wellness-Only Services

Diaspora Care includes:

• Educational resources
• Care navigation
• Administrative coordination
• Appointment scheduling support
• Digital wellness tools

These services do not constitute the practice of medicine.

6. No Emergency Care

Diaspora Care is not an emergency service. Users must contact local emergency services for urgent medical issues.
